What is Visium HD?
Visium HD is 10x Genomics’ high-definition spatial transcriptomics platform that combines 2 µm resolution, gap-free oligonucleotide coverage, and the CytAssist instrument to deliver whole-transcriptome maps with single-cell precision. Compatible with both fresh frozen and FFPE tissues, it preserves morphology through histological imaging and transfers capture probes with CytAssist to ensure accurate spatial barcoding, enabling researchers to visualize gene expression within intact tissue architecture and uncover complex cellular interactions.
